it is produced with Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Coratina grapes from Valpolicella. From mid-September to mid-October, only the best and fullest grapes are harvested by hand and left to dry for 3 or 4 months in boxes, in well-ventilated rooms, before crushing. Finally, it reaches its special aromas and its powerful and complex body thanks to aging of 36 months in oak barrels.
