Château Mouton Rothschild 2020 – is ruby red in color. Mint, blackberry, currant and black licorice give way to flowers such as lilac and rose on the nose. It covers the palate with the same fruit, but with intensely polished tannins. It finishes with complex coffee notes that are still slightly closed, toasty oak and ripe fruit and then after two or three minutes the aroma turns into milk chocolate. Pair with red meats and succulent game.
