Maison Champagne Pascal Hénin is a family-run business located in Aÿ, a small wine-growing village classified Grand Cru near the more famous town of Epernay.Being Récoltants-Manipulants, the complete elaboration of the wines is totally carried out in-house; from crushing to fermentation to blending, rigorously carried out in the family to guarantee constancy to the characteristic taste of its Champagnes, until bottling.
“L’appel de la Foret” is part of the line produced by Romain , a young and revolutionary winemaker in very few bottles .
