Champagne Brut Reserve – Charles Heidsieck

The result of a large assembly that includes up to 40% of wines from harvests even ten years earlier. It is a champagne that makes drinkability its most important characteristic. The color is golden yellow and the perlage is very fine and persistent. On the nose fruity notes of mango, apricot, pistachio and dried fruit in general. In the mouth it is dry and characterized by a lively mineral trace and an important acidity.
