Spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass tanks and maceration on the skins with part of the stems for 15 days. Aged in the same containers for 7 months and in bottle for 4 months. Cascina Fontana’s Rosso is a sought-after, atypical red wine, but nevertheless a faithful expression of the terroir. From a maceration with part of the stems, which give it nerve and tension, from a winemaking marks wood, which makes it agile and gritty, together with the great elegant and austere side of the prince grape of the territory.
