Sauvignon Blanc 2023 – Cloudy bay

This Sauvignon Blanc is from the Marlborough region, one of the most fertile and fascinating terroirs in the Southern Hemisphere. This Sauvignon Blanc is a rich and exciting white, brimming with stunning savory notes and juicy, dominant fruit.
A wine that’s really vibrant and lively to the eye. Notes of exotic fruit, citrus, sage, mint and white-fleshed fruit emerge on the nose, with deep mineral and smoky hints.
The palate offers a full-bodied, pleasant tasting, enhancing the fruit notes, while balancing and enticing it with an extraordinary freshness and showy savoriness.
Selected yeasts are added to the cooled must and fermentation proceeds mainly in steel tanks, while a small part (4%) of the total ferments in old French barrels and wooden vats. The entirety is then blended and bottled.
