Rossj Bass di Gaja is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C for about 4 weeks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels and then the wine matures in the same containers for about 7 months. Characterized by a yellow, straw color, the nose opens with elegant hints of flowers and citrus fruits, enriched by pleasant notes of honey. The palate reveals an elegant structure and good acidity.
