The label the year the historic Dominican Republic distillery was founded. It is made with a double aging period: the first 8 years in American oak barrels previously used for bourbon, and for an additional 4 years in Spanish red oak ex-sherry barrels.
Dark amber to the eye, it is intense on the nose with sensations of dried fruit accompanied by delicate woody notes. The palate is enveloping and long, with buttery and sugary tones. Closes caramelized and savory.
