Valentini’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not filtered, so it needs the longest time for its natural decantation. It has an intense green color, the taste is intense, fruity, herbaceous, especially recommended for raw use that stands out to the maximum its organoleptic characteristics. The processing is done exclusively in respect of nature, with organic fertilizers. This oil fully represents the area suited from which it derives, from the cultivar Dritta (also called Loretana and Moscufese): a variety native to the Vestina area where it finds, especially in the municipalities of Pianella, Moscufo and Loreto Aprutino, the maximum representativeness.
