In Travaglini wines the territory and tradition blend with technique and experience. The vinification process is an important point (after the processing of the vineyard) to obtain a wine of great quality, combined with a perfect health of its grapes, checked in the vineyard before harvest. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve the organoleptic profile of the grapes. The mandatory aging takes place in the traditional way, but in two stages, first in large Slavonian oak barrels, then a short period in smaller containers. The aim is to enhance the typicality and create products capable of exciting and giving memories of the territory and wine culture of Northern Piedmont.
