Le Baroncole, chianti riserva, by San giusto rentennano is Produced from strictly selected Sangiovese (97%) and Canaiolo (3%) grapes. Fermentation and maceration is conducted in cement and steel tanks for about 18 to 20 days. Afterwards, the wine is matured in French oak barrels and casks for a time that varies, depending on the characteristics of the wine, from 16 to 20 months. After bottling, aging in glass for about 6 months follows. It is an aging wine that well expresses the potential of the soils of San Giusto a Rentennano.
