Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes selected from the winery’s vineyards located in the prestigious Barbaresco area in Italy’s Piedmont region. The vines here grow on clay-limestone soils with sandy veins, and they have a south, west and east exposure, at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level. Alcoholic fermentation process takes place on the skins at a temperature of 28°C for 30 days, while aging takes place over 24 months in 50-hectoliter oak barrels.
