Chateau Lousteauneuf is produced in the heart of the appellation’s great territory, bordering Medoc , lying essentially on the area’s soil: a mix of iron sands and clays that give the wine a particular complexity. The vineyard, consisting of Merlot and Cabernet, enjoys a ‘southern exposure.
Intense ruby red; on the nose: jammy berry fruit sensations; vegetal and spicy notes of cardamom, coffee, black peppercorns, licorice and slight smoky tones, on the palate.
