Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes come from vineyards grown in the lieu dit Les Fontenelles and Meunier grapes in the lieu dit Les Couturelles. A very limited production for this Rosé, about 700 bottles. A blend of Meunier in greater percentage and Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in equal parts. All wines are vinified in barrels of various ages to enhance the different characteristics and after “mise en bouteille” they mature for a period of 5/6 years.
A salmon-pink color for a fine and persistent perlage. Elegant and sophisticated, the nose opens on complex red fruit aromas that blend deliciously on the palate with fresh, crisp notes. The refined finish recalls the natural elegance of Chardonnay.
