Endowed with great aromatic freshness, lively, pure, bright, it represents the common thread of all assemblages made by the house. Delicate and fragile, chardonnay expands and offers the measure of its aromatic richness only over the course of slow maturation in the coolness of the Crayères: up to three years for non-vintage wines, nine to ten years for a Dom Ruinart.
