Brunello di Montalcino by Lisini was obtained from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown on tuffaceous soils of Eocene origin, at an altitude between 300 and 350 meters above sea level. The harvest took place manually, with selection of individual bunches. The vinification took place in stainless steel tanks for a period of 20-26 days and included a temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation phase at 24-26 ° C. Before marketing, Brunello di Montalcino di Lisini aged for 42 months in Slavonian oak barrels with a volume ranging from 20 to 50 hectoliters plus a further 6-8 months in bottle.
