vinification is carried out by the traditional method, submerged cap fermentation a temperature of about 28°C with a maceration of 15 to 20 days.After vinification, the wine is placed in oak barrels where it rests before bottling.Deep ruby red, on the nose an exotic mix of cherry, plum, lavender, sage, clove and graphite, on the palate fresh, rich in mineral tones.
