Barbera di Luciano Sandrone is a full-bodied and complex red wine from Piedmont, Italy. It is made from 100% Barbera grapes, which are grown in the commune of Monforte d’Alba. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
The wine has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it exhibits aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries, raspberries, and plums. It also has notes of spices, such as cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and smooth, with a long, lingering finish.
