Wine made from Nebbiolo grapes from the Cru Asili in the Municipality of Barbaresco. The harvest is manual, in the cellar they are used for fermentation, activated by indigenous yeasts, cement tanks, with a maceration duration of three weeks. At the end of fermentation, the wine ages in large oak barrels for 32 months.
