Ferragù Amarone della Valpolicella: A Unique Sensorial Experience
Ferragù Amarone della Valpolicella is a Veneto red wine produced by the Ferragù winery, located in the municipality of Fumane, in Valpolicella. The wine is made from a selection of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, dried for about 120 days. After pressing, the must is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for a period of at least 24 months.
