The color is deep ruby red. Mint, blackberry, currant and black licorice give way to flowers such as lilacs and roses on the nose. It fills the mouth with the same fruit, but with an intensity of polished tannins. It ends with complex coffee still slightly closed, roasted oak and ripe fruit, and then in two or three minutes it becomes milk chocolate. Pair with red meats and succulent game.
