The Radikon family has lived in Oslavia, always in the same house. After replanting the vineyards and rebuilding the buildings destroyed during World War I, Edoardo Radikon reconstituted the farm in 1948, devoting himself not only to farming but also to animal husbandry. In the early 1980s it was passed down to his son, Stanko, who focused on wine, also beginning to bottle for sale. Since 2016 the winery has been carried on by Saša, Suzana, Ivana, Savina and Luisa.Each wine tells the story of the Radikon family, their territory, the past vintage and the evolution of the winery, always striving for constant improvement.
As in the other wines, no treatment is done in the Ribolla Gialla, either in winemaking or bottling, which took place without any filtration or clarification and without the addition of preservatives. It follows that the traces of sulfur dioxide present are produced by yeasts during fermentation, in a totally natural process.
