Primofiore is a blend of grapes indigenous to the Verona area, Corvina and Corvinone, along with grapes from international varieties, namely Cabernet Franc and Cavernet Sauvignon.
A fresh, elegant wine that has been aged for a long period in Slavonian oak barrels.
Its color is deep ruby red and its initial aromas are herbaceous but soon give way to warm fruity notes. On the palate, again we find herbaceous notes accompanied by hints of berries and spices.
The Giuseppe Quintarelli winery has always been a pillar of the Valpolicella wine industry, continuing its tradition and quality since the early 1900s. Respect for nature and rigorous grape selection are strong points for Quintarelli’s labels. Its wines have great, long aging potential and are characterized by great vitality. The winery, located in the province of Verona in the municipality of Negrar, cultivates twelve hectares of the most important varieties of native grapes to produce these outstanding labels.
