Rosso Toscano IGT “Redigaffi” 2020 – Tua Rita

It is a Merlot in purity that owes its name to a small stream that flows near the property. When in 1994 Rita and Virgilio removed two barriques of Merlot from production, perhaps they did not think they had created what would become an international cult-wine.
From those vineyards planted in 1988, in the heart of the slightly sloping company, an exceptional fruit was born. Their position, the composition of the soils and the microclimate in their combination had given life to this unique wine.
