At last the third Creation of Cù Bòcan has arrived – an experimental peaty whisky from the Highlands. This whisky is the result of mixing barrels that contained Cabernet Sauvignon from Morocco for roundness and fruit, with ex-American Rye Whisky barrels, giving spicy, super-fresh notes. It is incredibly balanced and surprising. Limited edition, bottled at 46% with no artificial coloring or filtration.
Scents of a Moroccan Souk come to life. Light smoke with a hint of strawberries in balsamic vinegar, exotic spices, citrus and tropical fruits.
Palate: fresh and intense, with red fruit, honey, menthol notes and warm spices.
Finish: long and inviting.
