Buvoli Pinot Nero is a red wine produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Buvoli vineyards located in the pre-Alps foothills north of the cities of Vicenza and Padua.
The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in a traditional way, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color, with an elegant and complex bouquet, expressing hints of ripe red fruit, spices and tobacco. On the palate, it is rich, velvety and harmonious, with a good structure and a fine tannin.
Buvoli Pinot Nero is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on different occasions. It is perfect for pairing with dishes of red meat, game and aged cheeses. It can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.
