The Matt durum wheat of these bronze-drawn twisted penne comes from the organic farming fields of Puglia and Sicily to be then checked by the Felicetti Laboratory, which verifies its organoleptic richness to ensure that only the best raw materials are used. The Matt durum wheat semolina is finally mixed with water that from the pure springs of the peaks of the Latemar reaches the pasta factory at an altitude of 1000 meters, where the pristine air of the Dolomites is offered as the last ingredient during drying.
