The craftsmanship of D. Barbero nougat, has been kept unchanged since 1883 and provides for a long cooking in steam boilers for about 7 hours, with fresh egg white that gives the product that great great friability that distinguishes it. The dough contains 51% of Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P. and selected wildflower honey.
Extra dark chocolate 74% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa min. content 45%), Barbero nougat 15% (Piedmont hazelnut PGI 45%, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, fresh egg white, natural vanilla), dark sugar (sucrose, glucose syrup, water), rum 5%, vegetable margarine [Palm oils and fats, sunflower, coconut, soy, water, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavorings (milk), color (mixed carotenes)], sultanas. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, pistachios).
