Soft leavened dough without cubes of candied oranges and almond glaze. Stuffed with candied pears, ricotta cream scented with rum and cubes of hazelnut biscuit.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (12.50%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (10.50%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.
Filling: candied pears (17.50%) (pears, white sugar, glucose syrup, water), ricotta cream (14.00%) (sugar, water, glucose syrup, dextrose, cottage cheese (10.00%), sunflower oil, natural flavors, salt, stabilizer: pectin, colors: titanium dioxide), pear alcoholic food flavoring and rum alcoholic food flavoring (0.20%).
Coating: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), ricotta cream, hazelnut biscuit cubes (toasted Italian hazelnuts, fresh pasteurized eggs, sugar, potato starch), candied pears, cocoa butter, pear alcoholic food flavor.
