Stuffed with limoncello cream and peels of Amalfi Coast Lemon I.G.P.
Artisan baked product with artisanal leavening.
Ingredients: wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (12.70%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11.75%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.
Filling: Limoncello custard (27.50%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic food flavoring Limoncello (1.25%), egg yolk, candied lemon pastry, pectin), candied Amalfi Coast Lemon peels I.G.P. (we use 900 g of “Limone Costa d’Amalfi” I.G.P. for each kg of finished product), oil ess. lemon.
Covering: white chocolate and lemon chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor; coloring: carrot extract), limoncello custard.

sesame. It contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley and soy.
