Maison Pertois Moriset’s vineyards are divided into 18 hectares, consisting of small parcels located in the Côte des Blancs (in Mesnil sur Oger, Cramant, Avize, Oger) and in the Côte de Sézanne (in Barbonne, Chantemerle, Bethon): a family heritage that, since 1951, has been handed down from father to son. Since 2005, Cécile and Vincent have been running the winery, well aware that being vignerons in Champagne involves much more than “knowing how to make wine”! Constantly balancing biological intentions with the need to react to the weather patterns of the vintages, the Pertois-Moriset Maison has set itself another fine challenge: to make sure that the Chardonnay in its cuvèes interprets the terroir from which it comes-and when it comes to the best crus of the Côte des Blancs.
The grapes for this Cuvee come from Coteaux Sézannais, this champagne aims for juice and pulp, on a dosage of about 5g/l and a disarming freshness! The Pinot Noir brings a beautiful complexity by giving a golden color that increases, to the eye, salivation.
