A 110-year-old vineyard is the starting point, leading to a production of only 420 bottles.Being able to taste “Kupra” from the “Oasi degli Angeli” winery is truly a privilege that, nowadays. It is made from bordeaux grapes, a biotype of grenache. After the harvest, fermentation is carried out in concrete tanks using only indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
