Rossj Bass by Gaja It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C for about 4 weeks. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques and then the wine ages in the same containers for about 7 months, characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant hints of flowers and citrus, enriched with pleasant notes of honey. On the palate it reveals an elegant structure and a good acidity.
