A lightly peaty single malt that takes the place of the classic Cù Bòcan in the range. It is aged in a mix of old bourbon barrels, which give a smooth, sweet character, barrels used for Oloroso Sherry, offering rich, fruity notes, and virgin oak, which brings clean, citrusy hints. The finish is pleasant, with sweet, spicy notes that balance the coastal peat smoke well.
Not cold filtered, nor artificially colored.
