The Macon Verzé Domaine Leflaive white wine from the Domaine Leflaive winery is made using only the best quality Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located in the heart of Burgundy, one of the areas of excellence in wine production, where limestone-based soils and optimal climatic conditions ensure perfect ripening of the fruit. For several years, the winery has been engaged in the production of quality wines thanks to biodynamic cultivation of the vines with the aim of protecting the land and the end product. The production of Macon Verzé Domaine Leflaive wine is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with the harvest beginning in late October when the grapes are ripe at the right point. After soft crushing, fermentation takes place in the traditional piéce, followed by maturation in wooden barrels and final refinement in the bottle. The result is an exceptional wine, fine and well-balanced, excellently drinkable, but also intense and persistent, which lends itself to drinking under any circumstances.
