M. Chapoutier’s “Les Meysonniers” Blanc is made on the slopes of Crozes-Hermitage, characterized by rich clay, pebbly soils. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified at a controlled temperature, then the resulting wine matures for 7-8 months in stainless steel tanks to ensure maximum varietal and terroir expression.
