This champagne Cristal by Louis roederer is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from the prestigious Montagne de Reims region in the heart of Champagne appellation. They are harvested and hand-selected when perfectly ripe. Following the classic winemaking processes, it is turned into sparkling wine using the Champenoise Method, by refermentation in the bottle and then an aging of 6 years on its lees and an additional 8 months in the bottle, after disgorgement. For the great champagne expert Alberto Lupetti , the vintage was voted 100 pts.
