Château Latour is located in the heart of the Médoc winemaking area and its vineyard is spread across gravelly hills. A great wine that joins a fine series of excellent vintages. Latour produces two other wines, Les Forts de Latour and Pauillac de Latour, both from younger vines.

Château Latour’s Pauillac comes mainly from young vines, from less prestigious vineyard terroirs, and finally from wines that do not meet the selection criteria of Les Forts de Latour. Approximately 20% new barrels are used to make Pauillac wine and the proportion varies depending on the vintage profile.
