The Wine collection is a very limited production from San Michele Appiano.
These Pinot Noir grapes come from selected vineyards in the areas of Appiano Monte and “Rungg”, characterized by a limestone subsoil with clay content. After being fermented in steel, the production process continues with a 12-month maturation in barrels and casks, followed by an additional few months of aging in 12-hectoliter barrels before bottling. New, original signature label reflects the winery’s desire to amaze – definitely worth trying.
This wine displays a beautiful ruby red color, that’s quite vibrant. The nose opens onto hints of forest fruits, enriched by tertiary hints that envelop the nostrils only after a few moments of sensory evolution in the glass. It offers a linear, crisp, broad and enveloping tasting that rounds off with a long finish. Sold in a beautiful collector’s box.
