Barolo DOCG Castiglione 2018 – Vietti

a wine that represents the history of the Langhe territory. It is a great Barolo of tradition.born from grapes from different vineyards of the estate, which have an average age between 8 and 40 years and enjoy slightly different microclimates and soils. Each parcel is vinified separately and only later are the lots that will create the assembly chosen. Before bottling, the wine ages for about 24 months in large barrels and oak barrels. In the glass it has a ruby red color with garnet shades. The nose is reminiscent of dried flowers, small berries, spicy nuances and black tea. On the palate it is elegant, balanced, delicat, a lively and subtle tannic texture.
